WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy Notice
Clear information about this website and how it works.
Who operates this website
Khaliyav Robotics Private Limited, registered at H. No. 90, VPO Santor, Tehsil Buhana, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan 333515, India, operates this website. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, organisation if supplied, enquiry topic and message. The system also records a receipt reference, submission time and notification status. Please keep initial enquiries non-confidential and exclude sensitive personal information.
How enquiries are used
We use submitted details to review and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and maintain relevant correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and email
Enquiries are saved in a private website inbox. If email notification is configured, a copy is sent through the company’s selected email provider. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate these services.
The Project Planner
The planner creates a summary in your browser. A downloaded text file is saved by your browser. If you transfer a brief to the contact form, temporary same-tab session storage holds the draft. The draft is removed after successful submission or when the tab session ends. The brief is sent to the website only when you submit the contact form.
Cookies and technical records
This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The hosting service may retain ordinary access and error logs. The enquiry system uses keyed, pseudonymised network and email identifiers to limit repeated submissions; these counters are stored separately from messages.
Retention
The website inbox is configured to retain enquiries for 180 days, with cleanup performed during subsequent form activity. Relevant business correspondence may be kept separately for an appropriate period when a discussion remains active. Hosting, backup and email providers may have separate operational retention settings.
Requests about your information
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided. Include the receipt reference or enough context to locate your enquiry. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through an agreed channel.
